Branding
Branding makes ActionConnect feel like your product to your customers — especially in the customer portal. Branding is part of your organization's settings and is applied dynamically wherever your customers see you.
What you can brand
- Logo — shown in the portal and on customer-facing emails.
- Colors — your brand palette, applied to portal accents.
- Portal copy — the wording your end-users read when they submit and track requests.
These values live in your per-organization settings and are cached for fast delivery, so changes appear quickly.
Where branding shows up
- The customer portal — your branded sign-in, intake form, and knowledge base. See Customer portal.
- Outbound emails — notifications and replies rendered from your email templates carry your branding. See Email.
Custom domains
Your portal can run on a per-tenant subdomain or your own custom domain, so customers stay on a URL they recognize. Custom domains are wired through ActionConnect's routing layer; once added and verified, the portal serves your branding on your domain.
Tips
- Upload a logo that reads well on both light backgrounds and in email.
- Keep portal copy concise and customer-friendly — it sets the tone for support.
- Review the portal as an end-user after changing branding to confirm it looks right end to end.
